Operators using RentalHub on a laptop and phone

Yes. You can start with a 30-day free trial. You can explore the platform, test your workflows, and invite your team before choosing a paid plan.

Vehicle counts are adjustable anytime. For monthly billing, changes are prorated on your next invoice. For annual billing, added vehicles are billed for the remaining term at the annual per-vehicle rate; removed vehicles stop renewing at the next term.

RentalHub generates invoices and records payments. Online card processing for operators is not enabled yet; during the pilot, operators record payments they receive via their own methods (e.g., bank transfer, POS, cash). We’ll notify pilot users as online collection becomes available.

Standard includes core operator access. Pro supports multi-user operator access with roles/permissions (RBAC) and audit logs so you can control who can view or change what.

Yes—RentalHub is telematics-ready. We support Geotab/Navixy data and optional keyless control UI in Pro. GPS tracking and Keyless are available as add-ons during the pilot.

During the pilot we’ll help import vehicles, rates, clients, and recent invoices at no extra cost. We’ll provide a simple CSV template and review before import.

RentalHub runs on Google Cloud Run with company-scoped data separation, role-based access control, and audit logging. Backups are automated and encrypted at rest and in transit.

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time before the next renewal. Annual plans run through the end of the term and won’t auto-renew if cancelled in advance.
